Woodbridge crime blotter — cars stolen, vandalized, burglarized

WOODBRIDGE, NJ -- Police said Wednesday they are seeking someone who smashed two windows of a car parked outside a man's home on Tyler Avenue in Iselin.
The incident took place between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The rear windshield and the left rear door window were damaged.
Nothing appeared to have been taken, police said.
Honda stolen
WOODBRIDGE, NJ -- A man told police that his 2011 Honda Accord was stolen on Amboy Avenue between 2 p.m. June 23 and 2 p.m. Sunday.
A man reported that his silver 1999 Chevrolet Corvette was stolen from the parking lot outside Macy's at Woodbridge Center Mall on Saturday between 8 and 9:30 p.m., police said.
Lost, then found
WOODBRIDGE, NJ -- A resident of Hornsby Street reported that someone broke into his 2005 Ford Explorer between 11 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday and took his vehicle documents.
The documents were later found by his neighbor on her lawn.
Wallet stolen from car
WOODBRIDGE, NJ -- A woman who was bringing in groceries on School Street around 4 p.m. Saturday returned to her car in her driveway to discover that a Coach wallet containing personal cards, documents and $100 in cash had been removed from the center console.
As the victim spoke with police about the theft, a woman approached the driveway holding the wallet, which she said she had found on the ground nearby.
The wallet was missing the $100 but contained the victim's personal cards and documents.
